Choose Master Detail wizard
Use Stacked layout
Provide a page name
Choose to create a new navigation menu
For master region, provide region title, table name and PK column.
For detail region, provide region title, table name, PK column as well as master-detail mapping columns.
For timestamp who columns, provide default value and hide them
Test the Page
